Had an amazing experience here! All the staff were super friendly and I went to Jessie for Dip powder on my natural nails, she did AMAZING! Truly saved my thin brittle nails. I definitely will be back 😊

*Updated review* Been going to Nail Lab since November of last year and Jessie never misses! I love all the staff there. Aleina is also really good too. Everyone is always so nice and they will have you laughing. Great place to get your nails done!

Started going here recently. So far very happy with Jessie. My first set of gel nails lasted over a month. I had great growth from having bitten my nails down too much. I went in today for a fill-in. I showed Jessie an idea of what I wanted to try design wise. She was all for it. They turned out gorgeous! Looking forward to being a regular. Hopefully my nail biting days are behind me as long as I keep an overlay on my nails.

Excellent experience. From the owner to all of the nail techs.. The owner suggested I use Jessie for nail art I wanted done and I did! So pleased. Jessie is so patient, professional, tells you what she’s going to do next, took great care of me and followed the picture I brought in, to a T.
Pedicure chairs are beautiful, they offer snacks and drinks and the owner always checks to make sure you are happy.
I love Lilys pedicures and fills as well. She did a terrific service last month for me & extremely patient with me as well.

I had an amazing experience with Amber at The Nail Lab of Cary. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and I am extremely picky. She was very patient and has great customer service. The place itself is beautiful inside and feels like a luxury experience with affordable prices. Definitely recommend!

Amber was amazing I would highly recommend her! She was very pleasant to talk to and very nice. She cleaned up my cuticles before doing my acrylics which I haven’t seen any other nail salon do yet. The atmosphere of the salon was impeccable too. I love my nails!
