Every time I’m here Jenny takes amazing care of me. I keep mid length coffin nails and shes just as much as a perfectionist as I am. Gel fills are reasonable and last long. Mine have never chipped or come off without me.doing something harsh to them (ouch). Highly recommend this business and Jenny for all your gel needs.

This was the absolute WORST pedicure I’ve had! My fiancé and I went in for pedicures trying another local salon to try and find our favorite. We wanted to try this one since it’s close, looked nice inside and had decent reviews. I was going in for a French gel pedicure and wanted a small flower design on the big toe (went to another salon who did a beautiful job) when I showed a picture I was told that she couldn’t do designs and that the picture I showed was a sticker. (Mind you the design I had on my toes currently was hand painted so it’s definitely achievable.). So we both sat down, wasn’t offered a menu of pedicure options, they just got to work. My fiancé must have had the express service and his nail tech seemed to have no interest in customer service or friendliness… and the foot file they use is a joke!! Not only that she didn’t say much of anything when she was done and just proceeded to have her face in her phone… my nail tech finished my French pedicure and similarly no ask of the level of pedicure… the massage, foot file, all of it just shocking at the lack of effort. My appt was at 4:15 we were the only pedicures so I don’t understand? Typically we would be willing to spend more to have the nicer spa pedicure and I don’t hesitate to tip well!! But I was just so shocked at this experience. I was offered a card to add up points to redeem for future visits but will never be back so not worth my time to get one… was really looking forward to a relaxing and pleasant experience, but that just wasn’t the case.

I’ve been going here for years because I can just stop in on my lunch break, which is important to me, but lately each experience has been worse than the one prior. Their prices increased and their service level has decreased. Today was my last stitch effort to see if The Nail House could redeem themselves, or if I would have to find a new salon. I called ahead and went in for just a pedicure that ended up taking an infuriating hour and 20 minutes. And I can confidently say it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. But I still tipped my artist because I’m not an A-hole. When I went to pay, I brought out my membership cards that I had received which had enough marks for $15 off, but since they were on separate cards (albeit they had previously been presented and staples together by another employee) I was told I wasn’t able to use combined cards, and have to finish one card all the way through. Then I was given a $5 giftcard to use “next time” as a thank you for my wait. Unfortunately I don’t think there will be a next time.

Terrible experience
The girl I had scrubbed the back of my foot so hard it started bleeding… gel manicure started peeling off within 6 days
Will not be back giving them my $$ ever again
