I got my gel nail polish off, and white chrome gel nails on. I had the most amazing person do my nails, Lena. They were so sweet and did an incredible job. She cut and filed my nails perfectly and when she applied the gel nail polish it was done so perfectly. The whole place was extremely clean and tidy. This is definitely my go-to nail place. The people who were working there were all super kind. Get your nails done here if you can’t decide where to go! Highly recommend!

So I am split on this. My wife and I stopped in for Pedi’s. I had a Pedi and foot massage add-on by Moon, and she did an amazing job. Great Pedi and an amazing massage. I have zero complaints. Now my wife had the opposite experience with her male nail tech, Tim, maybe? Missed the name. Terrible Trifecta Experience. Worst ever Pedi, worst ever foot massage, and to top it off, the worst gel polish job ever. Missed a corner, didn’t get near cuticles, and bubbles/bumps in polish. So we are split. 1 amazing experience and 1 with the worst experience. I am upset that, sadly, the worst was my wife’s. If you go, choose Moon for your nail tech. Don’t choose the guy. His massage consists of karate chop and slaps.

Update: Changed to 1 star. The next morning, my wife took a bath, and the gel polish came off. Didn’t even make it 24 hours. My wife called and explained the situation. They said they would have a manager call back but never got the call.
Use caution there…
Look at my reviews, I rarely have left low ratings.

I never leave bad reviews, but I need to let people know before going here. I got shellac removal and a new application, I asked that the woman not use the electric buffer, she did, I should have walked out. My nails are so thin they hurt, are sensitive to hot and cold and have been splitting and cracking even LIFTING off the nail bed!! She also trimmed ALL the skin around each nail, which is now growing back as calluses and are also splitting! My nails and skin surrounding have NEVER been worse in my LIFE! I’m about a month after having that manicure and I’m still having problems, I have had to trim and file my nails down every day to keep them from ripping and tearing more.
In past visits when I’ve gotten just a regular manicure, the polish they used was so old and thick it actually never dried, it just shifted and dented I ended up just taking it off at home the next day because it was still leaving an imprint from everything. The second time I went I showed them a picture of a French manicure I wanted and every single finger the polish was crooked, not just a little. I wish I had taken a picture of the finished product. The only thing I can say as a positive is that they have availability when you walk in.

Visited today for the first time. Was very impressed by the cleanliness and esthetic of the salon. I got one of the best pedicures I have ever had by Emily and a nice gentleman did a fantastic job with my dip manicure. I get my nails done regularly down state and I’m so happy to have found a new place closer to home. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Went in for a dip manicure, which is $45 then was charged $60 ($15 for owner service). I added a tip as well. Please be upfront and honest about the cost. Manicure is okay, but didn’t appreciate the blind upcharge. At the end of the appointment there was dip residue all over my hands and I couldn’t wash it off in the sink and it hurt my skin to take off. Each time I’ve come the service has gotten worse. It felt like my nail tech was rushing instead of going for quality. My fingers are sore from how hard they were filing and they didn’t do any cuticle care so it’s half complete. It’s only been one weekend since my appointment and all my nails are cracking already. Nail bar has been my go to for years so this is unfortunate.
