I rarely post reviews, but I don’t gatekeep. This was one of my better nail salon experiences. Emily did an amazing job on my gel x nails. She took the time to carefully remove the not so great acrylics that I had done at another salon. I showed her a picture of my design vision and she matched it perfectly, to the point that we had to remove and pick a different color red to make it really perfect. I could tell she really cared about her work. She checked in with me often to make sure I liked the length and shape of my nails. I’m so happy to find a great nail tech!

Why hello. Let me tell you how this place is the only place I get my nails done at now. Tammi gets me right every time. Nails being done correctly can really make your day and when I say I leave here literally feeling better that’s how satisfied I am! Place is clean and professional. MAKE APPOINTMENTS. These people be busy don’t play.

Customer service is horrible.First of all the shape is horrible. My little sister would have done a better job on filing and cutting the nails. Second, I didn’t like the Color so I asked him to wait until I make sure I am gonna go with the color. And he said no I am not gonna stop u picked that one u gonna go with it. This place is not a way to go. I wouldn’t recommend you to come here. Been to hundreds hot nail salons across the country and outside. By far this is the worst of the worst.

I have been going to the Nail Bar for almost a year now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the manicures and pedis. I have had acrylic, powder, and builder gel. All have been fabulous and expertly done. I ❤️ the Nail Bar!

I’ve been here multiple times and have been satisfied. The staff is very kind. However my recent appt ended very frustratingly. I asked for a chrome design and showed a picture. The nail tech tried, and I kept trying to ask for it to be fixed or improved and then ultimately gave up and just tried to convince myself to live with it. During my pedicure I asked them to please remove the design and just put the base color alone. Someone who seemed like the manager said I would still need to pay full price for the design and pay to take it off and put the base color on. Pics of what I asked for and what I got attached.
