I haven’t been here in months, but the place has definitely gone down hill. I went in for a pedicure. The employee took me to a chair that had a half empty wine glass and a used neck towel on it…I tried to sit in the next chair over and they said no to sit in that one. I mentioned that it looked like someone was already there and he started to take the items away. I stepped away to use the restroom and give them a moment to wipe the chair down. When I came back there was still a half empty bottle of water and the little side tables were visibly dirty. It was at this moment that I should have left. The employee was very aggressive with my pedicure. Ripping skin off and aggressively cutting my cuticles. I tried to tell him it was painful but he continued. At one point he ripped a chunk of nail/skin from my nail bed. It left me bleeding and I have since developed an infection. I definitely will not be returning and do not recommend.

I am VERY upset. I booked an appointment with LeLe that she confirmed. When I got to the shop today she already had a customer. I waited 20 minutes then went back up to the counter. She came to the counter and set me up with another nail tech. If this is what I wanted I would not waste my time setting up an appt. So I was blown off by LeLe. This really upset me and I don’t plan to visit the Nail Bar again. The new tech did ok, but I am used to the work done by LeLe. Will not return there again. Appointments mean nothing here! Beware!

This was my first and last time throwing my $$$ away with this establishment. I was seated to a dirty chair. It literally had wadded up used tissue in the area where you rest your feet out of the water. The young lady became upset that I asked her to remove it. She did not wipe the area with disinfectant and I had to ask her to change her gloves. I can see other clients having a wrap placed around their shoulders. She tried to hand the wrap to me. I didn’t reach for it then she stepped closer and placed it around my shoulders. Then an older lady came from the back and rushed through my service. Instead of using words to ask me to move my leg or foot she would hit my leg or roughly tug on my foot. I was NEVER able to relax and enjoy the service. I wish I could rate this establishment with NO stars.

They spilt hot wax on my bottoms, and when they were “pushing back” my cuticles they were literally scraping my skin
Their hot towel was so hot it left a rash
When they file your nails it’s not the nail it’s your skin
My skin that surrounds my toes have skin scraped off because of it. Even after brining all this to their attention they just brush it off

Their drinks like mimosas is just orange juice and drop of Prosecco

And they still expected me to pay 100$ even with these occurrences

Don’t recommend
