I recently visited The lounge nail Spa and had a very disappointing experience. While the staff was friendly and the salon looked clean, the quality of the service was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, all of my nails broke within a week of getting them done. I expected them to last much longer, given the price and time invested.
This how my nails look after week. 😢😢😢
I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for durable nails.

This was my first time here and everyone was absolutely amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Oanh did my full set and Ly took care of my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back!

It’s complicated. I have been coming here for 5+ years. Sometimes I am beaming I am so happy with my nails and service and other times I am so upset I take a break. I love when certain women do my nails (Lee, Tao, and several of the younger girls). However, other times I get women who are super rough, make my nails/fingers bleed, file my nails too thin, and just overall ignore me when I give them feedback. During these situations I take a full month off before coming back. I usually come 2x/month for a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure and tip $20 every single time. Lately I have been coming monthly.

Things that bothered me the most:
– Earlier on they had a reward service where you would get a card stamped when you get a service. Other customers told me about it, they never did. When I asked (several times with different people), they acted confused and never let me participate until it went digital and they had an ipad mounted on the front desk.
– One of the managers is really rude if you don’t have cash for tips. I get that the tip doesn’t go as far when you use a credit card, so I always try to remember. HOWEVER, this is the only time I use cash in my life, so sometimes I forget. If cash is preferred, they could get an ATM machine instead of being rude to customers. The nearest bank is inconvenient, so sometimes I just have to pay with credit card. It always makes me feel super bad though.
– Not listening to feedback when I say they are hurting my nails/fingers.

I have avoided leaving a review because of the fluctuation in my experience. I love this place. I just wish for more consistency in kindness and professionalism. I am quiet, usually close my eyes and zone out because my profession is super stressful and I just need a quiet hour to myself. Sometimes I can relax and other times I feel very stressed and unheard.

Oanh (pronounced Juan) did an AMAZING job on my nails! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Though they were busy, I waited only 5 or so minutes. Then Oanh executing exactly what I wanted in just over an hour was the icing on the cake. I’ve found my place. No need to search for another 🙌🏾🙌🏾
