Thank you Anahi for your amazing talent with my lash extensions! I work for an ophthalmologist and one of the doctors was checking my contact lenses under the slit lamp and I mentioned I had lash extensions, the doctor was amazed and said they looked so good under the slit lamp and normally they see lash extensions so badly done when they are checking patients eyes! Wow what a great compliment I had to pass on to Anahi!! Also I been doing extensions for about 8 years and this is the first time they don’t feel clumpy from glue …. thank you Lash Lounge & Anahi … I will be a forever customer!

I signed up for the $99 lash intro just to try them out. My experience was just okay with the lashes. The girls working were all friendly from check in and the tech herself. I stated I wanted a more natural look, but I did not like the results. I was the last appt so didn’t want to stay any longer. Felt my lashes were too spaced out or just looked sparse. Appt was Dec 21 and photo is Dec 27. I kept having to brush them because it looked like I had missing/bald spots. Had them removed by another person because I did not like the way they looked. I recall the girl that was on the table get done before me and the front desk girls saying your lashes look so pretty so I was hopeful. Don’t believe I will return since I felt like I wasted that money.

I went here once before and was wanting to get my lashes done again but everytime they disappoint. I asked for a classic set and the lash Tec had asked me if I wanted a different shape than last time. In the end they ended up looking the same and almost worse! There seems like very little lashes to me and not worth the money. Not even 24 hours later they was a big bald patch in the lashes and I will be asking for a refund because it is not worth 150 dollars.

I had a very good experience everyone is super kind and helpful. One of ladies who did my brows did exactly what I wanted, her name was Katelyn. Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Ilana who works at the front desk is very kind and helpful.
