I recently had my first eyebrow threading experience at the Lash Lounge, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The technician was incredibly skilled, taking the time to understand the shape I wanted and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. The threading was precise and relatively painless, resulting in perfectly shaped eyebrows that frame my face beautifully. The salon was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend the Lash Lounge for anyone looking for expert eyebrow threading services. I’ll definitely be returning!

Victoria is an awesome lash technician, and the receptionists are always nice and accommodating. The lash techs will customize the lashes to exactly the way you want, but still be prepared for it to take a few visits to perfect if you’re anything like me. I had an idea of what I wanted, and the lash tech showed me pictures as inspiration, but you don’t know exactly the way something will look on you personally. They’re more than happy to change the lengths to exactly what you want. I highly recommend this place!!

I’ve been here a couple of times now. The last session was terrible as far as customer service goes- the receptionist had an attitude because i was 6 minutes late and so did the tech…i was the last appointment and the tech didn’t bother to greet me, had her ear piece on the whole time. I probably would have been there on time had I not answered her phone call warning me of their cancelation policy… but the lashes were nice, so I decided to give them another shot.
I paid $144 for classic +tip, and my lashes are falling off like crazy. I thought they would apologize and ask me to come in to fix them, but all they are offering is 10% off a refill ($55). My birthday is tomorrow and I’m very disappointed. I did my lashes for my wedding in cancun, and they were on all week in the humidity and still looked great when we got back! Even after spending hours in the pool! Smh is all I can say, and this lash lounge won’t have my business.
