I was jn Nashville for the weekend and decided to get a manicure (regular polish) with my previous gel polish removed. I was shocked the service would cost $60 but I needed them done. Instead of soaking the gel off properly my nails were filed down with the nail drill.

The polish smudged as soon as I left on one hand and by the next morning 2 nails broke off all the way down exposing the skin under my nails. By the end of the week all but one nail has broken off.

It’s been extremely painful and now my once strong nails (the nail technician made a comment about how strong my nail beds were) are flimsy, brittle and short.

The staff was nice, that warranted the 2 stars.

Hopefully my nails will regrow stronger and my length will come back.

Visiting Nashville and can honestly say this was one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. Got a French gel set of acrylics and a pedicure. Both were done on a very comfy massage chair simultaneously with complimentary wine. What an amazing experience!! Highly recommend 10/10!

I’m actually embarrassed that I paid for it and that anyone would let me walk out of the nail salon like this. The nail lady was sweet and apologetic when I told her they didn’t look very good but I showed the front desk lady as well before paying and they attempted to scrub it off again but no attempt to show any customer service.

Probably the worst manicure & pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My 5-year old nephew can paint better than them! I complained about how my dead skin wasn’t taken care of nor were my ingrown or the fact that my polish was terrible. They gave me $4 off & no option to have it fixed. $100 in services & that’s all I get? Absolutely terrible customer service.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and always find it relaxing. I leave with the feeling of a new set of hands and feet each and every time!

Amy is especially outstanding and is always meticulous to provide a perfect job every time.

You’ll see me here about once every 10-14 days. The location in the Gulch makes it very convenient and there is always parking available next door in the adjacent garage.

I’m happy to share my experience with you and to let you know this place is a gem.
