I just walked out!!! Waited an entire hour never attended to at all!! Ridiculous. They don’t take appointments on Saturday so I would like to know how a white woman who came in 30 minutes after I did. Waited only about 5 minutes and was seen before me. Went down the street to Royal Nails and was seen within 10 minutes of waiting.

They always do an amazing SNS manicure and pedicure and don’t nickel and dime me like every other salon! Highly recommend! Ask for Lee!

I’m always excited to treat myself to a pedicure, self care, right?! My nail spa was completely booked so I decided to go to The Grand..bad choice! The woman flew through my pedicure and when asked to fix my toenail polish she messed up she acted like it was problem for her to fix her mistake. Never will I go back to this nail salon!
