I was having a very stressful work week and my hair needing redyed, so I took off the rest of the week last minute. I had no idea if I could get in with anyone the next day, and in the morning no less!
Brittany was able to fit me in the next morning, and she was amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs some extra TLC on their locks. She is highly skilled, took her time as I was even running late, and was so helpful when I asked questions (I was a bit of a mess, as you can see.) Anyway, she was wonderful and one of the best stylists I have encountered in the valley. I will definitely be going back to her to redye my bayalage in the future.

Went to get my hair permed at this establishment, told the hairdresser about previous perms and colourings and that I had a balayage done 6ish months prior. She did the hair strand test and said my hair was good for a perm. Once all the rods were in she put me under the dryer and seemed to disappear, when I was finally able to get her attention I told her multiple rods had popped loose, she fiddles with them and said she couldn’t reconnect them but it should be fine. After disappearing again she showed up about 10 minutes later and finished the process. Sat down in front of the mirror in shock, some pieces were badly burned and frizzy, she told me it was fine and to go home and put olive oil in my hair …. Long story short weeks later I went to see someone else after my hair had been falling out and was so frizzy, dry and brittle. The new hair dresser was appalled and stated my hair was over processed. Went from mid length hair to my back to just above my shoulder. Would advise staying far away from this place.

Wonderful experience !!! Josie gave me the best and most natural permanent I have ever had. Loved being her client- too bad for me that I moved back to WA 🥴 hope to find someone here that could come close to her personality and skill!!!!!
