hi update on my nail service on 11/5 was great all though today has been my offical week 11/14 and my rihinestones did not last the test of time.😩 im still going to give them another try

My family and I have been going to The Golden Nail for years. The owners are always so sweet to us. They welcome myself, my husband, my 7 year old and 18 month old. Coming to the salon is one of the favorite things to do. They have great customer service skills and we have loved every service we have gotten. We highly recommend you go check them out yourself, you will not be disappointed.

My 1st visit here, and a great one! Right off the Monon, so I just walked there. A sweet husband and wife team that made sure I got exactly what I wanted, could afford and most importantly…something I could maintain going forward. I’m new to actually going to get my nails done professionally, and I’m hooked now! Enjoyed chatting with them as well. Recommend them for sure.

We had a fantastic experience at this nail salon. The tech is kind, funny, and very good at her job. We got a regular pedicure and french pedicure and both were amazing. Unfortunately, The Golden Nail has been target of illegitimate spam reviews by a customer who has been HARASSING the owner for months. Don’t believe the negative reviews you see, many are from people who saw a scam video on tiktok and have never actually been to the salon. It is completely disgusting and immoral that someone would lie to try and destroy a small local business because of one bad manicure. Take the time to read the yelp reviews, rather than just the google stars and you will see what a great little business this is🤎

I just got my nails done here and the experience was absolutely wonderful. In fact it’s actually the best shop experience/outcome I’ve had in Carmel when I’ve gotten my nails done! She was so sweet and took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. All of the negative reviews you see are completely fake and a result of a disgruntled client (who provoked and insulted the nail tech to record her reaction and not include their part in it) on tiktok (yanniragomezz) and it got a lot views so they’re from people all over the country who have never even been into the shop. I commented on her video saying this and she blocked me and deleted the comment. Please don’t believe anything negative you read and definitely give this shop a visit!! She was so surprised that someone came in and talked to her and was nice that she even gave me a discount on my nails (that were already super fairly priced). Some of the people have even gone as far as to take images of bad nails and post them (including the ones below this review with the blue diamonds) saying she did them. If you look at the background of those pics, all of the walls in her shop are blue with red painted baseboards and none of them match that. They’re also all posted by the same person! Doesn’t make sense if the nails they got were that bad that they would keep coming back four separate times. Google told her that she had to pay money in order to take down the bad fake reviews, but if you look on yelp you’ll see that she has four stars for good reason because yelp actually removed all of the false ones. Shame on all of you who are spam calling her and lying to try to ruin her businesses for a stranger on the internet when you never got the full story and ESPECIALLY shame on all of you who are saying she makes poc pay first because she was worried yannira wouldn’t pay after poking her in the head and insulting her repeatedly.
