Kylee is absolutely fantastic and her prices are cheap. She’s down to earth and very comfortable to talk with. She makes you feel like you’re hanging out with your best friend. She Harry Potter nails on me, her first time doing Harry Potter and killed. I get so many compliments on them even from people that don’t like HP. I definitely recommend her to everyone also she’s local so you’re helping out your community.
