I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews… Not the best quality for the price point. The nail technician rushed towards the end and skipped a second coat on two nails for both hands. When I pointed out the difference, she said it was under the nail and didn’t offer to fix it. When checking out, I was then offered an alteration that’d take an additional 30 minutes, but I had to run to another appointment. I think some sort of discount should have been offered. For $150, the nails should be immaculate and the customer should be listened to. They lost out on a returning client who would tip 20%+ if desires are met.

This is by far the best nail experience in Phoenix. The Ukrainian way of doing nails is amazing! It’s a completely different way of doing nails. They focus on perfection, I never thought my nails could look so perfect. They use an electric file but that is what allows them to get your nails perfect and allows you to go 4 to 5 weeks in between appointments. I personlly prefer the electric file to soaking my nails in a chemical to remove product. The technology is so different from anything I have tried and I reccomend it to everyone. My nail technician I Ivanna and she is perfection but all the women there are amazing! I can not reccomend enough!!!!

Seriously the best experience for nails in my entire 37 years of life. I have never experienced anything like this before. The only way I can describe it is perfect. Every aspect was perfect. My nails are stunning, the shape, color, nail design, detail all of it… perfect. The manicure itself was elite. I feel like I have been searching my whole life for what I received today and have ride my nail high all day long. Just go.

I had a gel overlay done on August 18th by Bogdana while I was visiting Phoenix. Today is September 25th, and I am shocked to say that my nails are still intact, although REALLY grown out. Normally my manicures don’t last more than a week! I usually get peeling and lifting, but not this time! I’ve even shortened my nails to ensure they don’t get too long, and zero lifting. I am beyond impressed. The end product is beautiful and I am speechless.

So disappointed especially seeing they have multiple locations. Do NOT pay the $80 for a manicure. I’ve had them done before and you literally pay for the time. It takes such a long time but they also don’t speak English which makes it longer. I am Latina so I have no problem if you’re not fluent but the tech who spoke NO English was HURTING me, she didn’t understand. Her technique was bad for the cuticles and she kept digging the machine into my cuticle where it hurt. Even after I flinched. The fact they say it lasts 6 weeks is weird because if you go to a good nail tech, no chip nails last the same time. I don’t recommended it, especially after I went elsewhere and my nails were THIN. That’s why you have to go back. They break so easily now. Smh.
