The first time I went Katie was wonderful and listened to my needs. She set the music on and let me relax into an almost meditative state while she quietly worked her magic, it was virtually pain free and my eyebrows were even and beautiful.
However the second time there was a student talking in the room constantly and I felt like I was being pushed through without much attention. I expressed that I wanted my brows thinner and it was only after having left I noticed my brows had a nick from accidentally taking too much of my brow off. I have attached photos.
The reason I am leaving a 4 star review is because the owner personally called me to apologize, as did Katie. She listened to my grievances and dealt with me honestly.
I would definitely give this salon a try – it’s local and they are honest. They will own up to a mistake and treat you with respect.
Also enjoyed an amazing pedicure from Katie while there.
This is the coolest little salon spa around. A vibe of its own. Love the staff and this shop!
