They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning.
Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.

lovee this nail salon they are so nice and they truly work very hard. whenever they were doing my toes the lady did so good am not quite sure what her name was but she did so good they are very nice and respectful I RECOMMEND going here amazing people and service!! and they also did my grandmas the guy did wonderful she loves it!!

The first time I came to get my nails done, I had an okay visit. My second visit however was not okay. My husband and I got pedicures. My husband’s toes look terrible. They looked better before we came into the salon. The nail tech cut entirely way too low and didn’t even try to make his toes match to the other foot. The picture I attached is the finished product when they were done. I have to hope he doesn’t get an ingrown toenail because of this not so good job. My paint came out cricked.. The tech cut me by accident. He was apologetic and genuinely seemed concerned. But I cannot say I will be back.

We had an excellent experience today! They took us in at 720 and did a great job with my pedicure and my daughter’s manicure. My daughter was pleased at how they removed her existing nails. She said “they didn’t rip them off”.

These are the best nails I’ve ever gotten in a long time and she did them so gently when I told her my pinky was like injured and she’s was so nice about it and I never had to complain or anything and these nails are so pretty in my opinion because these are my like my favorite kind of nails to get. I loved my experience there.
