I’ve went to this salon for a few hair appointments. Went to get my roots touched up like normal and left with half lifted yellow roots. Came back two more times for the stylist to get my roots correct and it toned where I want and left with my head chemically burned and bleeding. In a WEEK time period I had my roots bleached 3 times and toned twice. That is NOT okay. Left with a burnt scalp and my hair is now damaged and TONS of breakage. I have always had very pretty and long hair and now it just looks awful and was done by “professionals”. Also didn’t help that the owner and manager told me to come back 3 DAYS later to get it fixed and toner put on, ONCE AGAIN. I’ll add a picture of my hair before I started going here and what I left with. I did end up getting my money back but still. Beware..

Worst place I’ve ever ever been! I’m not even posting my hair that was nothing like the picture I showed. I went somewhere else to fix and 2 beauticians said my hair was fried and I had to get a very short bob. Let’s just say I’m mostly wearing a wig. The owner did offer to try to fix but with people whispering to her on the phone and she had to go hang up another phone just the whole experience no way was I going back EVER! Then she tells my husband I wasn’t giving full story. I’m not sure what that meant I showed a picture and I mean pictures speak for themselves. She offered $80 out of $200 back. I took it to a lawyer. Like my hair, gas, and time meant nothing. Catelyn did my hair it was my 1st and last time ever going there. The owner was worried about product they used and the beauticians time I guess screw my hair and my 6 year old could of done better on my nails. You all save your hair, time, and money and go somewhere that values you, your hair, time, money. Disappointed isn’t even enough to describe how I feel. Picture below is hair loss from 1 wash before I had it cut off. 1 more thing the owner said she messaged me on Facebook she never did I even checked my message request box and how could she because when I posted review and pictures to their Facebook they blocked me! Guess embarrassed of what they done!
