I was not in a rush just wanted French tips but after being there for 2 hours and my nails where still not done I was concerned I made adjustments to what I wanted because I seen the artist struggling to shape my nails so I said regular is fine. Then we get to the paint and the only change I wanted to French tips was a v instead of the curve. Every finger looked different so I chose a color. This is the result and so disappointing after 3 hours. No one else offered to help this elderly guy that was struggling to do my nails. Paint over my cuticle, filed differently, getting caught in my hair like a had them a month and it’s only been a day. I also asked to get the black dots out of the clear coat but that didn’t happen either, they look dirty😩

Are nothing like what I asked for. Sides
of my nails were missing paint when she said she was finished, I had to point it out to her. She was buffing so hard that at one point she threw the buffer. My nieces thumb was cut by a different lady and in total we paid $130 totally would’ve went somewhere else work was complete trash. Even more disappointing that I’m from Tahoe and decided to go here, I should’ve walked out as soon as she used that nail glue on me, I could not stand the pain and burning in my fingers. Not worth it. Will be contacting chemical agent to speak further about health hazards

My mother wanted to treat me, my best man, fiancé and daughter before my wedding to have spectacular hands on my wedding day and night. They didn’t seem to care about the service. The woman who did my nails went in too deep on my thumb and by my wedding day and after my thumb looked infected and continues to hurt. Stay away from this place. It’s not worth it and the prices are ridiculously high for the bad and painful work they did.
