I asked for face framing angles and Rosie gave me curtain bangs (if you can even call it that??). My hair is really curly and thick and the cut looks ridiculous. I tried to get her to fix it when I was at the salon but she was by herself and there were four other people waiting.
I’ve never been so upset about a haircut, she literally took the first four inches of the front of my hair and cut it up to my nose (I said no higher than my chin). It doesn’t fit into a ponytail like I asked and isn’t blended at all. The next layer after is four inches longer and it looks like a shelf.

I haven’t had a go-to hair salon for over a decade because I’m so picky with how my hair is cut and styled, but I finally found my place! I got a standard women’s hair cut from Rossy and she made my thick, wavy, unruly hair look AMAZING! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and 30 minutes later, I walked out with something that was even better. You can tell she knows her stuff. I am excited to go back and try the Brazilian Blow Out. Friendly staff; convenient location (next door to pizza and Carlo’s Bakery if you really want to treat yourself!). Tips are cash only and there’s a 4% service charge for credit cards so come prepared for that and you’re in good shape!

Rosie is a true professional. She always does an excellent job cutting my hair & I trust her implicitly to decide what’s best. Scheduling is easy & prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Rosie is one the best hair stylist I’ve come across. My mom and I have been going to her salon for a few years now. I blindly trust her with her advice on haircut, coloring and any hair treatments. Her prices are fair and she makes every attempt to maker her clients happy. She never rushes an appointment and does not use inferior quality products. Every one is friendly and I am very satisfied with her services.

Be careful. Rossy Torres, the owner, brings her dog (Benji) into the salon and it has attacked numerous people and dogs. Example Case: SD 2023 3742 and see attachments of Notice of Bite and Confinement from Hoboken.
