Great service and very talented nails done by Mimi, all I had to do was show her a photo. My family and I all got our nails and toes done and are so mesmerized and happy by the results! Complimentary drinks were offered.

Customer service is always on point. Drinks are always a plus. Best of all the service packages are not only reasonable but 1 of 1. You won’t get this quality and quantity of great work else where. My Nail Tech Mia eats the Almond French Tip down everytime. The best to ever do a thin overlay dip gel on the natural nail bed. This is a must if you are in the area.

If you have anxiety, don’t go to this place because I wanted to cry when I left, and now Im going to stay with these nails for 2 or 3 weeks.

Good news: I never had a pedi until today. The pedi is amazing. The lady that attended me was so sweet. 10/10.

Bad news: If you want to get your nails done here, don’t. I have anxiety so I will forget the small details like asking what shape I want, so they didn’t ask me about shape. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, which isn’t complicated. I never ask for complicated/complex designs because i know my nails are too small for it. I didn’t get the design I wanted, i didnt get the colors I wanted, my nails are were done too bulky because they layered the acrylic, my nails are crooked, & I have gunk under my nails from the acrylic. I’m really disappointed. I’ll share a picture of the nails I wanted vs what I got. And then there’s a gap between the acrylic & nail. It’s a no go for me. Never again.

I would’ve been soooo happy if she just said “I can’t do the design because your nails are too small. Do you still want me to try? I can show you how one nail will look if I try. If you don’t like it, we can wipe it off.” Nope, none of that. My anxiety got the best of me & I couldn’t tell the lady anything. It’s my fault, I know. But it would’ve helped if she just asked me these questions……..

I asked if I could get a darker shade of blue for my ring finger and she did not do it. I’m just sad, but it’s okay. I’m just disappointed that I paid for something I didn’t like or ask for… I would’ve been much happier with no design & no gunk under my nails….

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, followed MiMi from their previous location. I can’t express how capable they are of ensuring satisfaction. Great customer service, great nail techs (Shoutout to Ann and Lana!), and a crispy clean atmosphere.
Most recent visit was for my daughter’s prom and MiMi performed magic. I am still astonished at how these came out and we could not have asked for better.

I’ve been coming to Telfair nails for years. Mimi and her entire staff are amazing. I live out of Texas and travel for work and I come back each month just to come back to get my nails done. I love that they have a huge color selection, drinks, and someone the best pedicure packages! Thank you Mimi see you next month!!
