I really wanted to love this salon, I walked in on a random Monday and was able to be seen for a dip manicure but for the design I wanted they recommended a tip, I hadn’t done my nails in a while so I decided to go for it, towards the end of my manicure I noticed that a few nails seemed crooked, I tried asking them to adjust it but they just filed them. A few days later I noticed that the tip they placed was actually not directly on my nail bed and began to separate, like pretty badly that things were getting stuck inside 🥵 I went back and asked if they could fix it, my manicurist was off that day and the person who helped me looked at the design I had and mumbled to herself, she told me she could only put clear gel polish to help fix it, I wasn’t super happy about this given it was an $80 manicure (including tip) I decided not to press it since I was on a time crunch and also wanted a gel pedi.

Anyway, the gel “fix” was not a fix at all, it was actually gross that she didn’t even clean under my nails before putting it which felt so odd to me and I didn’t notice until after she was done and then I was too embarrassed/annoyed to say anything, I was planning to go back on a day my manicurist was there but never got a chance to.

I am now two weeks into my set and today one of the nails that was not placed properly cracked in half and fell off and another one is cracked vertically and things keep getting caught in it, usually when I get my nails done it can last me up to an entire month or 3 weeks at the minimum! I’m pretty disappointed but will give them a chance to do something for me before I decide to never return there again. So I will call when they open tomorrow.

I gave 2 stars because they were able to take me as a walk in and because the design was good, my pedicure was also just okay but didn’t feel like anything special for $60 with tip

Just sharing my honest feedback because I noticed this was highly rated but didn’t really have many reviews so want to give them an opportunity to improve and also give people the right expectations

Edit: I bumped down to one star because my two week gel pedicure has already chipped, I could go two months without a single chip with a gel pedicure, ended up taking all my nails off because they kept getting caught in things and gunk was getting under my nails. So disappointed $140 wasted.

I just love this place so much. They are a great group of talented artists. Myna does the BEST pedis and massage and V is stellar at acrylics. Myna always has the best recommendations as far as restaurants and things to do. ❤️

I have been going to teamwork for about a year now! They are highly talented in designs and are always willing to get me in for an appointment no matter how busy they are. I have really loved coming here!

Best news salon in PH!

They did a great job on my nails, but they did not enforce Covid Safety Policies. There was one person not wearing a mask and one wearing a mesh mask. I know it’s hard as a small business to stand up to customers, but this is the law.
