Have been going to this salon for 4 years, probably 4 or 5 times a year. I always make an appointment & 1/2 The time I still have to wait. The last straw was when I made an appointment for myself & 2 friends. They sat the 3 of us but only my friends got technicians while I waited. My 2 friends were finished before anyone even bothered to address me. My fault for not complaining, but that’s it, not going back.

The owner Allen, is calm and helpful.
He makes sure not to hurry, even when he has more on his schedule, your the only one he’s focused on..creating an exceptional experience, and designing a lovely manicure and pedicure. Careful and calm. What a nice treat! Ombre design, great!

BEWARE!!! My husband and I have been going here for a few years and have been serviced with mani & pedi’s by a few technicians. On our last visit the technician He cleaned my toenails and whipped them on my toes. This was gross and disturbing. I think this would be against the Department of Health regulations. Lilly who was servicing my husband looked over and smiled, looked back and said something to the technician next to her who then looked over. He had never done this before so not sure why now. I then washed my feet off in the water. The young female at the front who is always answering the phones asked me to choose a color from a pallet. I did and showed her. She then loudly and very theatrically got the whole place laughing at me as she brought over several more pallets along with yelling at me from across the room holding a book of colors. I told her I was confused as to her actions and showed her my color yet again and asked what this was about. She didn’t look back up after that. Completed my nails and we left. The only thing I could think of was the prior visit I showed her the color pallet and said it doesn’t look the same. I was told it was because one was a dip and the other gel. I understood and thought nothing of it until this visit. Apparently, this young lady had a vendetta against me. All the people that laughed at me I pray this doesn’t happen to you. I was calm through the whole thing as I don’t like drama. We will not be returning! I have read about these things happening in their other reviews. It is true. Beware you may be next.

I walked in to get just my eye brows waxed. The lady at the front says just a minute. No worries- I’ll sit and wait… I didn’t have an appointment- just walked in. I sat and waited 45 minutes!!!! They just kept taking people back one after another. I get it, those people could have had appointments. My ick is that, if you cannot accommodate the “few minutes” that you told me when I walked in, I would have went elsewhere.

Needless to say, I left. Eyebrows unwaxed. I’ll never “try” this place for any service. Just unprofessional.

I was in town visiting my mom in Leesburg, when I saw the new Tavares Crossing Shopping Center.
Stopped in to Tavares Nails and Spa for a quick pedicure. Beautiful, clean, spacious facility with a very welcoming staff. Loan gave me a wonderful pedi and was so sweet and friendly. Hurry in, because if word gets out how great it is, you’ll have to wait weeks to make an appointment!
