This was my first stop at this Target, having recently moved here. It was a little overwhelming, but every employee I stopped and asked questions of was unfailingly polite and helpful. I think I bothered about four of their on-the-floor associates, and they were all very kind. When I checked out, I was greeted by Ro, who was also very nice and welcomed me to Castle Rock. It was an excellent shopping experience.

Pokemon section in toys is always ripped apart, empty packs everywhere, nothing left to buy. Stopped coming here cuz no pokemon so to theft and no employees care, told them many times. Unsafe atmosphere

Who doesn’t love Target? They have pretty much everything you could possibly need, employees are always helpful and cheerful ( at my store anyway). I’ve never had a bad Target experience.

Annoying they never have employees that will check you out like I’m spending hundreds of dollars and my cart is overflowing and I have to work for you? I remember when I used to get paid to be a cashier lol now I pay to be one. Also their selection is lacking. I have been a fan of Target for my whole entire life and I have been to many locations and out of them all this one is pretty sad. Oftentimes I do not find what I’m looking for. But I would be much happier if they would be willing to check me out. It’s kind of ridiculous.

Very true to her namesake, Karen, was incredibly rude to multiple customers about self checkout being 15 items or less. It’s a newish policy no need to shout at people about it or point out the sign tucked across the asile.
