Too expensive and they make five people work on you for one thing. It’s a bit too much. They’re nice and their work is good but really expensive and don’t like that they force 5 people to do one job.

It was a first disappointing visit. The salon needs refreshing and could use deep cleaning as well as the staff uniforms and the used towels. That said staff are friendly and professional.

They don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I went for a gel manicure, which I’ve been getting at salons in the US for years. I called and asked how much it would be to remove and reapply gel color and I was told it’d be $275. When I got to the salon, I noticed that they had limited stock of the gel polish and none that I wanted so I just picked a basic color. I sat down and one of the workers started filing my nails instead of using the machine to remove the gel color. Then she took out the acetone and drenched my nails in it. I told her she’s not supposed to put acetone on my nails because I have acrylic but she didn’t listen and told me she knew what she was doing and it wouldn’t cause a problem. She kept on the acetone for about 8 mins then took them off one by one as she tried to take the gel polish off. That’s when they switched the nail tech for me. The second nail tech told me they wanted the payment now. She told me it’d be $300 and I didn’t have change so I gave her $400, expecting her to give me my change. While the other girl was trying to file my nails after she ruined them with the acetone, the other one came back with my change wrapped in the receipt like she’s trying to hide it. I didn’t think they’d steal my money so I just put the receipt in my bag and didn’t look at it. The other girl switched with the tech that was filing my nails and started applying the polish. When she was done I told her the gel isn’t dry yet and it needs to go in more under the light. She told me “no it’s dry, try to do something with it” I know it wasn’t dry because it wasn’t hard. I was trying to explain that to her and instead of just putting in under the light, she said very rudely to me, “have you ever even gotten gel polish before”

MY NAILS ARE CHIPPED
THEY STOLE $50 EXTRA FROM ME AND TRIED TO HIDE IT
DIDN’T EVEN SHAPE MY NAILS RIGHT.
The price went from $275 to $350
