I definitely recommend this salon. I went in today to get a pedicure, and my daughter had her eyebrows done. She was nervous about getting them done, and they were so accommodating. I love the customer service there! Great job to everyone there for making my daughter feel less nervous!

I’ve been coming to Tangles for about 3 years. Everyone is always so friendly. Karla and I clicked from my first appointment and I always know my hair is in good hands with her.

Karla and Natalie recently provided hairstyling services for our wedding and they did a wonderful job! We were all stuck in construction traffic near our venue on the morning of, and Kelsea called and reassured me that everything would get done in time. I really appreciated the phone call!

Karla and I had a trial appointment to see what I liked and didn’t like until we found the perfect look. I loved my wedding hair and all of my bridesmaids looked beautiful also.

I was extremely insecure and nervous when making an appointment by recommendation as I suffer from severe anxiety. So much so that I even cancelled my first appointment with them and eventually pushed myself to try again. I wanted to do something “different” with my hair as I have never had a salon coloring done before. From my consultation to the actual appointment I was met with nothing less than an outstanding service. I did a treatment and got some color. Vicki was knowledgeable about all my hair questions and gave me the best advice and tips as well as talking me through each step she was performing as we went about the appointment. We had pleasant small talk and although it may not seem like a huge change to some I left there feeling AMAZING and confident❤️ I can’t wait for my next appointment with her! Thank you Vicki and Tangles!!!!!!

Have been going here over 20 years. Fabulous place! Not only are they top notch, but they make you feel like family! Love Natalie and the entire staff! I usually have Taylor (who is exceptional) do my nails as she is the best! Have had several different people do my hair and have confidence in every one of them! Reception staff is wonderful! I moved to Florida 4 years ago and make a trip back to PA every 3 months to go to Tangles!
