Worst place I’ve been to and I will be reporting to the board. Sanitation 101 is to drop the blue sani tablet into the water to assure proper sanitation. They did not know what I was asking for nor could anyone speak English. They did not clean or strerilize anything. It got to the point that when I asked for something sterile they pretended not to know English and could not show me anything sanitary. I am disgusted !!!!! Attached are pictures to support how unsanitary this place is. I wouldn’t be surprised if infections take place here

I am very hard to suite or please when it comes to my nails due to a traumatic experience years ago. A few years ago a nail tech from a different salon used the drimel and a coarse file to remove gel polish and burned my nail bed with both. I’m hyper sensitive and jumpy. It takes a really good nail tech and patient to handle me. I have traveled 4 hours before on a monthly basis for a period of time just for the service. Thank goodness my colleague assured me that Tommy and staff will be patient and really good. I have been extremely pleased with Tommy and staff. I get so many compliments on my nails. They do an excellent job!

I and a friend walk-in on Saturday, 2-10-2024 without an appointment. The technicians welcome us and were so pleasant. I received SNS and the best pedicure ever. Whenever I am in the area or need a pedicure, will visit again. Thank you for making our day.

THE worst pedicures we have ever experienced. They were very rude and disrespectful. They were unable to speak English nor able to understand the requests we were asking during our pedicures. Had to go back to my local spa to get a pedicure a couple days later because the one I had here was so awful.
