The place looked dirty and there were 2 staff members working. Male and female. The female did an OK job on painting my nails, but pedicure was very fast and basically just washed my feet in cold water. she was rude and I left there angry on how I was treated and will not return!

Went and got my nails done on Saturday my nails looked great I went about my day took a bath that night and one of nails the polish started to peel already so I bandaged it and in the morning 4 more nails had started to peel, to so I went back in on Sunday when they opened and told the guy I was unhappy and he was very very rude, said that I had been picking at my nails which I had not done, so he agreed to fix them but only wanted to fix the ones that were peeling I told him he could redo them all because I was not happy. He did them all but they are still not right he left the tip of my thumb nail unpainted but put the clear coat over it.
Also Saturday when we were in there my sister had the lady owner do her nails and she accused her of not putting her nails in the nail dryer correctly and even came around and moved my sisters hand while it was in the nail dryer.. I will never go back there I feel like I just donated money to them.

I went here to get my nails done as a treat to myself, and despite the atmosphere of the little shop was pleasing my experience wasn’t. My acrylic nails cost me 55 dollars. And not only were they way to long but they are just poorly done and obviously rushed. I wanted to like this place, I really did but the quality of the nails as well as detail are awful. I wanted a matte black with a shiny tip. The matte doesn’t even go all the way to my cuticle. And the shiny tips are so sloppy and uneven. I am very disappointed. The staff was also kind of rude and I tries giving them the benefit of the doubt and even gave a 10 dollar tip but after further evaluation of the situation and after realizing I couldn get a refund I decided this was the second best option.

I’ve had 2 experiences at this place and the bad far outweighs the good. I went in a few weeks back and got my first pedicure which was great. However I went in today for acrylic nails which I have had before. It was very uncomfortable walking in they just stared at me no greeting at all. There were only two customers in the shop when I arrived since I arrived at opening yet I still sat and waited almost an hr for them to get started. I feel like they rushed through the application process. Some of the nails are pointing upward off my fingers and all the nails are too thick. Also the sides and ends are not painted. Normally I would request that they fix the problem but I had already waited so long in there I was beyond ready to leave.

Horrible. Will not come again. Got a full set acrylic nails half of them broke off in three days. It looks like a little kid painted my nails. Not worth the money I spent on them.
