This used to be my go-to nail salon in town, but I’ve had multiple poor experiences. Most recently today, I made an appointment to get a pedicure. Three women walk in in front of me and ask for walk-in appointment to get a manicure and pedicure. I got put in my chair for a pedi when I walked in, but the three walk-ins got serviced before I did. I waited 20 minutes before my water was even filled up and then another 10 before I was fed up enough to just leave. I understand that three manicures and three pedicures is more money for the business, but it was extremely poor customer service to have me wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment. At no point in time did anyone come up to me to apologize for the wait. I came to this salon often but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I always have Hugo do my manicure, and have never been disappointed. Toni does my pedicure, and I would not have anyone else. Also Tina waxed my eyebrows. Boy, is this ever my Happy Place. Regards Shanna

Bad experience. The nail tech was rude. He was rushing so much that he even hurt my nail and it was bleeding. It was coming off as he does not like his job and takes it out on customers by being rude. Also, all of my nails don’t look even in length. Never again. Believe the employee’s name was Andy.

I went in for a French manicure this morning, she did a very good job. They even included a short shoulders/ neck massage! The price was $25. Very professional, clean environment.

The ambiance was relaxing, the staff professional, and the attention to detail was exceptional. They made me feel at ease right away, and the massage is awesome. I left feeling refreshed, and my feet have never felt better. Highly recommend their services to anyone, especially fellow gents looking for some top-quality foot care! Five stars all the way!
