My friend and I wanted to get our nails done yesterday and decided to try out a new salon. When we got there the older lady was rude and had an attitude from the start. We were looking at our color options and she made us leave to come over to her station (even though we weren’t ready). She started on my friend’s nails and kept sighing, looking out the window, and telling my friend and I to “hush”. The guy working came over to grab me (I was looking at colors) and he proceeded to take the colors from me and told me to go sit at his station. He began my nails and had a rude attitude the whole time. He completely forgot to put acrylic on my pinkie finger and when I showed him, he sighed and aggressively grabbed my hand. Throughout the process he left multiple times without telling me where he was going and wouldn’t come back for 3-5mins. My friends nails are horrible! The lady left cuts in her cuticles, smeared polish on her skin, and bubbles in her paint. DO NOT go here. Also, on the phone the lady said it would be $32 for a full set. We got there and ended up paying $42! And no we didn’t get any designs. Just one color. 0 stars!

I’m assuming they overbooked because I had a very long wait. I had the gentleman who did my nails and he worked between myself and one more person so it took a long time. His work was definitely not up to par. He did not have a good finish, I had to tell him to clean off some of the excess polish that was showing and now after 4 days, you can see all of the imperfections of the nail paint because he didn’t go through and clean it up.

Only been to TP nails twice, and I definitely won’t stop at just 2. Every crazy idea I’ve had, has been made successfully how I wanted it to be on my nails. They have friendly service, a clean space, and a cute little dog to keep you company!

1 star! Wish I could do ZERO. The older lady rushed the whole time and kept looking outside the window not focusing on what she was doing. While she was gluing on the nails they were falling off. She got acrylic on my skin and cut my finger while filing. When I saw how poor of a job she was doing I changed my mind about the design and asked for a single color and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and starting being really rough with my hands. If you get the younger lady I recommend but if you get the older lady save yourself your time and money and walk out.
