Just a horrible experience. First time I went. They don’t listen to what you want. Took the nail color samples away from me before I looked. She tried to pull the old acrylics off of my nails without soaking them first with a nail tip and even put that one back in the container. Acrylic is thick, misshapen and nails are different lengths. Maybe it was the nail tech I had. She even cut me with the nail file. She was in such a hurry to get to the next customer. Added pictures of what she did versus what I showed her and hoped to get and the cut. Very sloppy job. The only thing I liked is the nail color I got to pick after asking why she took the sample colors away before I looked.

I’m a regular, so I’m surprised I’ve never reviewed them. I’ve been going here since I moved to North Liberty back in 2017. Originally I was getting my nails and toes done here but now, I only go for my deluxe pedicures. One thing I’ll say about TNails is, they are who they are. They are not going to change with the times or adapt to any trends. They are aware they have a great regular client base with the North Liberty residents and that’s what it is. They know most including myself and my family personally so when you go in, you tech relationships is personal. On the back end of that though, the nail service is quite basic for the most part. Average length or short with a no chip polish. The deluxe pedicure though is great. It’s increased in price recently but overall it’s still my favorite service because I get about 3 glasses of complementary wine with my pedi. Love that! I also bring my daughter from time to time.

I enjoy going to TNails. Everyone is pleasant. I know some of there names not all. They all do a marvelous job. I usually just get a pedi and a mani. This time I got gel on My nails I’ll see how long it last on my nails. My hands is always in water.

Jenni, Lisa,Andy,John and Vi are all so nice and welcoming. They make each customer a friend. They do wonderful nails and pedicures. I’ve been going there for over 12 years. Highly recommend.

Went with a friend for manicures and pedicures. Had an appointment at 6:00. They didn’t start working on us until 6:30. Our manicures didn’t even last a week. Do not recommend this place at all. I just got a clear coat and she got gel. She’s a teacher and I have an office job. Not like we are big huge construction workers working with our hands or we’d be completely understanding. Go somewhere else. She tried to go see if they would make it right. They didn’t. Disappointing. Only positive thing I have is the massage chair that was massaging me in areas I haven’t been massaged in a while 🥴👀😜.
