Never going back, I went to get a nail dip and I explained to the the nail tech I did not like the color on two of my nails. I asked if she could a design and she stated no one was there to do the design. I then asked if she could change the color of the two nails because it did not match the rest of my nails. She was so upset she sent me to another lady. The lady sat about 4 seats down from the owner. Now here where things get uncomfortable. They two woman start to speak in their language which was very rude I explained to both of the woman I did not like the color. The woman who sits about 4 seats down from the owner said that’s the color you picked. I said yes it is but I don’t like and it doesn’t match. The color looked different on my nails and I just wanted her to fix 2 of nails. They made me wait about 30 mins until the owner came back to fix my nails. As soon as he came in the lady started yelling in her language to owner. It was obvious she was yelling about the situation. As I walk away to sit in the owner chair she keeps yelling. She was so rude I will never go back there again. There is a way to go about things. I was polite and instead of changing my whole nail color I asked if only two can be changed even though I didn’t like the color. These people are very unprofessional and the way I was treated was unfair and unacceptable. I still paid and gave a tip even though they did not deserve anything. I would give this 0 stars ⭐️ if I could. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

I went in for a gel pedicure at 1pm. The lady that sat near the front door, asked me for my phone number so I informed her that that I did not make an appointment. She continue to look in her notebook and asked me just a gel pedicure right? And I said yes..

I sat down at 1:05. I informed the guy that was going to do my toes that I did have some gel from a previous pedicure. He began to take off the gel. He then processed to ask if I wanted to trim them down. My feet were still dry and no water was filled for me to deep my feet in. He began to cut my toe nails. He cut me. No apology was said. After cutting my toe nails, he then put the water on for me to dip my feet. My feet was in the water for probably 30 seconds. He then continued to “cut/clean” my toe nails. He then took the feet scrapper and scrapped the back of my feet for probably 10 seconds combined. Drains the water and proceeds to clean up. I looked at my phone & it was 1:15. He was literally done with my pedicure in 10 mins. When I stated the back of my feet were still not scrapped properly and that he cut me, he said “you picked a regular pedicure”

A regular pedicure does not equal 10 mins of work. I have done plenty of regular pedicures in the past and they have spent atleast 30-40 mins doing a pedicure. I was furious and did not want to continue with the painting.

I have been to T Nail Spa five times and each time I leave feeling excited and confident. Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a pedicure or manicure…They always doing amazing job on nails. They are expensive but quality is definitely worth it.

Everyone and their mamas needs to go to T NAIL SPA. Their service is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I got Cindy and she did a wonderful job on my nails. The cuticles are so clean I love

I had a great experience here! The workers were friendly, polite, and talented. My nails turned out great and I had a fantastic experience. I went with my (very picky) grandmother who was very very please with the services as well.
