As a small business owner myself, I understand how business works and customer service. I have tried to give this nail salon the benefit of the doubt and support a local family salon but today was it. I have been receiving the worst customer service my past couple of services. My services aren’t complicated just no chip and regular pedicure but every Time it feels like I’m getting discriminated for some reason. I Pay for ny services and always tip well. But always get treated wrongfully. It’s not fair. Gina owner is the rudest and as well as the daughter that is most not even licensed to be working. Today I asked for an upgrade on a pedicure and got denied bc the other gina that always does my pedicure has other appointments when I had scheduled my services 2 weeks in advance.I asked her to show me two colors to see which one I liked on my toes and told me no that she didn’t have Time so she said painted my arm without my permission as If that was acceptable. WORST WORST experience ever. They only treat certain clients well. This type of customer service is unforgivable and absolutely unacceptable for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Never never coming back and NOT RECOMMEND

Gina gets my nails perfect EVERY TIME. No matter what I ask for. Not to mention the service is fast and the space is clean and bright. I’m there every couple of weeks and always leave a very happy customer.

I’m new to the area and was excited when I came across this place. At first I was content with Gina’s work but after my last couple of visits I’m no longer going here. Gina is very rude and passive aggressive. They only treat certain customer well. I’ve been very polite every time, and noticed it every time. They steer me away from what I want and never happy with the color.

Not sure the name of the tech who did my hands (maybe the owner)or toes; but I went in at 545 they close at 600pm. They assisted me with a smile, took their time and even offered me food ( they were having a little party for one of the nail techs who going on vacation back home for a while)! These people are so kind. I am a particular / difficult person and I don’t have to ask or correct anything. Very talented ladies! And super happy, great personalities! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have a nail tech at home but due to me traveling with my job I have to take what I can get! Today I have been blessed by blessed hands!
