If I could give them a zero I will. They just taking money from customers and not do their jobs well… very disappointed i will post picture of my pedicure and manicure.. that’s the same day i did it.i do not know how they will reach me out because i need a refund

I’ve been to this particular salon twice (I usually go other places but this one was convenient). Both times have been an awful experience. I was helped by the same eager-beaver guy that sits at the front right table both times. Both times I went for a dip manicure. I normally get my nails done every 3 weeks and have for years. Never have I had such a terrible experience at any other salon. He tries to be as fast as possible and doesn’t care if he’s drilling your nails down to nothing or doing a sloppy job as he does so. This time, the manicure was super messy, and the top coat was dull and chipping off immediately. He fixed it the same day, and a few days later, surprise surprise, it was chipping again. So I went in today to get the top coat fixed because it was peeling away at all the corners. He had a nasty attitude and I politely asked if maybe someone else could help me this time? He insisted on doing it and complained loudly the whole time, clearly imitating me and making fun of me while he was putting another single poorly done topcoat on my nails and rushing me out the door. I tried to tell him my nails do better with two top coats/two cycles under the UV light, but he just mocked me and wouldn’t listen. Now my nails STILL look terrible after the third time he “fixed” them in just a few short days from them getting done. I would advise against going here or at least using this guy. He rudely stomped off after loudly making fun of me the whole appointment and scoffed at me when I tried to thank him for his time.

Visited this salon when in vacation. My pedicure was great. My dipped manicure was not good. The manicurist rushed , did not shape nails well, was a bit sloppy. worst of many ofmy nails cracked and one nail peeled within a week. Normally my manicure lasts 3 weeks ! Overall a disappointment. I would be return and give them a second chance but ask for a different manicurist .

fine place, but I won’t come here again. Customers can definitely tell when you make fun of their questions right after they ask them. Not cool..? Also no filing or shaping went into my service at all. Just painted on top of the shape I had already, which makes my nails look like I did them 😭 overall below average experience.

This is a terrible salon! They are rude and my nails were horrible. I showed the owner as I was leaving and he did nothing. Within 3 days gell was all peeled off. Apex nails did a great job of fixing them. Don’t waste your $85.00 at T and H.
