I had to cancel my appointment twice becuse something happened I couldn’t make it in time. They said how can I book someone now. Emergency happend. It’s not my fault. Not to mention this wa snot in row this was two separate occasions. She was so rude demands deposite for nails ? This is not wedding hair I am not doing this. Now to mentions two times I went there. They were rude and did my nails so badly.

I’ve been to most nail salons in the La Crescenta-Montrose area over the years and Synergy Nail Bar is the best! I especially love how affordable and expansive their gel color collection is. The staff are also always attentive to small details and respond quickly for appointments.

I am always in awe of how gorgeous the rockstar gel polishes are (my favorites being #138 & 139) and how they glitter in the light.

Covid related: there are clear measures in place to keep the place sanitary. Seats used are more than 6 feet apart, temperature is taken at the door, hand sanitizer and cleaning solutions are used frequently, everyone is asked to wear a mask, and staff are clothed in full PPE, not just a mask.

After 10 years decided to get acrylic nails again. Went to Synergy Nail Bar after looking them up. Had a wonderful experience! Great price and great service. Just went yesterday (11-14-2020) for fill and got gel color. My nails look fabulous! This is my new nail salon!
I’m in a wheelchair and the ladies take great care of me!
Recommend them highly.

Before my pedicure, I told the technician I have an ankle injury and please be careful with my foot/ankle. She aggressively grabbed my foot and put it from the water soak onto the ledge. Most technicians will just ask without forcefully grabbing the foot. I asked her not to do it, reminding her of my injury. She didn’t listen. She did it AGAIN! At that point, I was so scared she was going to really hurt me. I asked her several time not to touch me other than the toes. This is not a safe place. She aggravated my pain and made my foot hurt a lot. I do not recommend this place at all.

Have come here twice and will definitely keep coming. They are very clean, thorough and detailed. I’ve gotten gel both times and have been very happy with their work. Highly recommend!
