I have been going to this place for almost a year now. They have some really good techs and the people are always friendly. It’s usually busy so try to call ahead and schedule an appointment. I recently went and got a fill-in for a previous set that was done. Mrs Kim did an amazing job to make them look the way I wanted them to. She took her time and made sure I was happy before continuing to the next step. This type of care means a lot to me because these are my real nails with just an overlay of acrylic. I highly recommend this place.

when i got to the salon they asked me to wait, that’s fine they had other customers so i picked my color and sat down. then they were pawning me off on each other probably because i look like im not a good tipper (i am.) then when i sat down to start my service, all was well until they started doing my french tips. my french tips were uneven and streaky. im usually no one to leave bad reviews so i didn’t plan on writing this but when i saw the price was almost double what’s on the website, i decided people needed to know about the chop shop that this place is. never going back
Edit: after reading the response from the owner and others like me, i will not be changing my opinion. it is technically on the website, which was hard to find and at the bottom of the page (why would it be there, it’s such a popular service.)
my nails were not worth it, because looking at them even now i wouldn’t pay half the price for them, there are sealed in loose pieces of glitter on my left thumb and streaks from carving the tips out.
and still they were pawning me off on each other. i understand rotation as i work in the service industry too (also why i hate leaving poor reviews) and help my friends make enough commission in a night. usually people are happy to be receiving commission as it means potential money. but the tone here was more of ‘i don’t want to do it.’ which i also understand but, i don’t understand letting a customer notice this as it’s unprofessional.

Nails looked great! However was super surprised when they charged me $80 for a full set! Menu price says $50 and $7 for French. Not the first time was way overcharged there. I really hate it because they do a phenomenal job, but just can’t afford whatever price they feel like charging!

My tech did a fantastic job! I have been to a few different salons in the area and they all disappointed. It’s been awhile since I’ve had my nails done, and after the week I’ve had I decided to treat myself. I showed the tech a couple reference picture and I am so happy with the results! She recreated the photo by hand, and I am so impressed with how steady she was. They also did a great job with my pedicure. Will definitely be back. (P.S. my hands were on rough shape when I came in, so the nicks on my hands do NOT reflect the talent of the tech!)

One of my nails broke the day after I got a full set. I went back and they fixed the nail that broke. The day after that another nail broke. I went back again and explained to them my nails were breaking so easily and i haven’t done anything for them to break. They took them all off and made them thicker/stronger then a week later two more broke…
