Another great experience today getting French SNS. Thanks ladies 🥰

Mel and Ivy provided exceptional service to me today. Mel did a fabulous job on my pedicure and Ivy did my acrylic infills and French shellac nails. It was very relaxing. Thanks ladies 🥰
Chloe did my bail for St Patrick’s day. Love them 😁

Didn’t have to wait long, friendly staff, but disappointed in the nails. They are very thick and messy, there is glue on my skin where the tip is glued down, and overall they are not very nice. Had to pay an extra $10 for the painted french tip style which I have never paid extra for at any other salon. The salon itself was very dirty, cluttered and messy

I was a return customer, but I won’t be returning again.

My friend and I were consistently attempted to be upsold for the service, to the extent where we felt uncomfortable. My friend was charged more for an almond shape, which we thought was unusual but we understood that it was this salons policy.

I chose a neutral colour that was sheer, which is inconsistent across the set of nails, with visible lines on some but not others. Some of the nails are darker than others and when I drew the technician attention to this, I was told it was my fault because of the colour I chose and they could correct it by providing additional service that would cost more. My issue was not the sheerness of the colour but that they were inconsistent. I wasn’t listened to and was dismissed

Okay, I don’t like to be a Karen but the service me and my friend received really pissed me off. About 2-3 days ago me and my friend went into the salon to get acrylic nails and ended up Paying $155 dollars in total. However, the price was not the issue. It was the quality of the nails and we were given, to get into detail my friend got a Simple ombré as shown in the photo and about 1 day after as also shown in the photo 1 nail has already fallen off not even a few days after getting them. As to mine around 2-3 nails have bent backwards and where that might have been my fault the rest of the things I’m about to say were the employees fault, for 1 while getting our nails done. The artists were going EXTREMELY hard on our pinky finger and every time they were “drilling” our fingers down (correct me if I’m wrong I’m not a nail tech so I don’t know the terms) it would always sting my pinky so hard it felt like it was BURNING when they were doing them which wasn’t supposed to happen. Not to mention the fact you have to pay an additional $25 just to get them removed from your nails, personally I wouldn’t recommend, go to somewhere else like queenies.
