Make sure you call to see if they fixed their AC before going! My daughter had her birthday party today. No one called to tell me the AC was out for the last 2 weeks and will not be fixed for at least another month. They didn’t even have any fans going. The cake place was even hotter! One of the moms said “I didn’t know we were getting a sauna experience while we were here”! The girls working there did a fabulous job though. I’m not sure how they worked through the conditions there. My daughter also got her ears pierced before the party. Upon making the appointment, I was told of the many earring options and the included cleaning solution. However, the store was out of stock and didn’t provide any cleaning solution. The workers seem to be doing a great job with the little they are given. Sadly, Collegeville seems to be a forgotten about location for this company.

I wanted to give myself some time to reflect on the outcome of our party.

For a $454.80 party for 7 girls, it is simply not worth the money. Our party was scheduled for 1:45. We arrived by 1:30 as advised for set-up and figured we would briefly go over a layout of the party. Only 1 person was in the shop doing someone’s hair. Waited 15 minutes until the rest of the staff arrived, they all walked past us and not one person addressed us. Someone could have said “we’ll be right with you”, but nothing. Finally, someone came over, confirmed we had everyone present and began the party around 1:50. They had 4 girls working the party. They painted nails rather quickly so those looked awful. I understand this is a child’s party, but for the price, I expected much better performance. At the end, they made bracelets for the Era’s Party instead of cutting cake and the workers left 1 employee with us, so they could get another party started. So we had to walk through another party to exit once we were done making bracelets. Once finished, I stood at the front waiting to pay because no one communicated to me at all what was going on yet again.

Absolutely awful experience and will never return nor recommend to anyone. I would greatly appreciate a call from a manager or owner and a partial refund to make things right because this was ridiculous.

UPDATE : 2 weeks and no response from owner or team….like I said $454 for 7 girls, horrible service, horrible communication. Will not return, will not recommend.

I scheduled my daughter for the diva for a day because it sounded great on the website but it was incredibly disappointing and that’s being nice. On the website it states that it will take over an hour – we were in and out of the salon in 30 minutes. Arrived at 4:30 and left at 5. The entire facial was skipped, the pedicure and manicure was just her dipping her toes and fingers into water and then getting them painted which took literally 3 minutes total each. The “makeup” was a 30 second application of colored eyeshadow and a glitter heart on her hand, you’d think they could add blush or lip gloss but nope. I wasn’t asked any preference on her haircut, she trimmed it and didn’t ask if we wanted any layers or face framing. The woman barely said all of 5 words to us during our short time there but she did let me know that she wouldn’t be blow drying my daughters hair fully even though the service is supposed to be a blow out. Upon coming home and taking her hair out of the braid I realized that the cut was completely uneven leaving almost every section of her hair with a different length. This has completely ruined our experience for her first haircut. Paying $75 for what we received is literal robbery.

BUYERS BEWARE……I brought my granddaughter in for the ultimate makeover. The services were literally 20 minutes. I definitely expected more of an experience than that for $36.00 plus a $7.00 tip. The girls were very nice, but we were extremely rushed. There wasn’t even anyone else there. She did her hair and her mom never even got to see it, it came out on the way home. It was held with only a Bobby pin. She started polishing her nails and was going to go over the old polish on them. I had to say something. One coat of polish, not even neatly done. On the skin around the nail. I was very disappointed to say the least. I would expect these girls would be trained to make this an awesome experience for little girls. We used to bring our other granddaughter years back and it was so much nicer. Mirrors were never cleaned, and they just opened for the day. So basically I paid $43.00 for I coat of nail polish, a dab of eye shadow and lip gloss and a 5 minute hairdo that was very poorly done. It is extremely overpriced for what you get and unfortunately we would never go back. I’m hoping to hear from a manager and possibly get some reimbursement! I don’t know how they even survive. Look at that hair, it’s not even done correctly and the nails look like a young child did them. Very poor.
