I saw Melissa for a post-wedding hair chop and highlight. I have gotten shoulder length hair cuts that made my head look like a triangle in the past and was worried about the same, so told her upfront about my concerns. She did an amazing job—I’ve never been able to wash and wear my hair but with my new cut I’ve been able to. The highlights were so well blended and natural looking. I’m notoriously bad at getting in for trims but I’m actually looking forward to needing one because of how great my experience was with Melissa.

I’ve been going to Melissa for all my hair needs for over three years, and just recently got to see her new space at Sweet Pea! She has a great eye for cuts/styles that will flatter your face shape, and does the best highlights I’ve ever had! Not only is she super talented, genuine and funny, but time spent with her always leaves me feeling recharged and cared for. I truly can’t wait to be in her chair again!! She’s the absolute best!!!
