Horrible experience went on 12/23/23 the lady was sick coughing all over me and my daughter as we got our hands and feet done. I felt she should not have been working around the public. The mask was on her chin the whole time, I had to ask her to turn the other way when she coughed. she did a horrible job on my nail and my daughters as well and for them to dipped is definitely a Huge disappointment for me $135 dollars wasted!

Terrible service . They don’t know how to do nails at all. The nails are bulky even after i kept pointing out areas it was bulky and needed some sanding down. I wanted shorter nails and the lady was like bigger better because she didn’t want to do the work. I clearly told her multiple times i wan short nails and she goes no trust me this is good size. The only plus point about this place is the fact that you het serviced immediately cause they aren’t busy but theres a reason why they aint busy. Never going back

Went in for Mani/Pedi. she painted my nails the pinkish red color I chose. However she left the brown color I had on in a lot of places including cuticle, edges, underneath, and on the center of nail itself. I told the manager, he offered to do them again but I had no time left so he didn’t charge me for the Mani. I would have much rather had them done correctly.

Building is nice! Service was HORRIBLE! They talk about your nails/feet being in “poor condition”! Really rude & did a poor job! They reuse their tools not new.

Awesome experience, very professional and nice. Only thing is my nail came off after two weeks. Other than that, amazing environment and overall good experience. Would recommend.
