Posting my experience from my manicure and face waxing today.
I have gone to sweet moment 1-2 yr for the past 4 years.
Today my service was great! My nails came out just as I wanted them. I approached my technician and I kindly told her exactly how I wanted them. She was very receptive. I checked along the way and gave her guidance throughout the manicure to make sure they turned out how I wanted them. Again, she was very receptive.
I asked if they were available for brow and lip waxing and they set me up in the back room. The lady her was nice and professional.
Overall a good visit and I hope they can continue the good service. Thank you!

I spent 2 hours for a dip mani. There was no wait. Even after 40 minutes of correction work, they still turned out thick, bumpy and unprofessional. Spent $75 and wish I had said something and asked for a discount when I checked out, but Hanna really tried to make them better so I was happy to tip her and I left rushing home past my planned time. I swear they were dipped 6-7 times. Not happy ugh.

The staff is friendly and skilled, providing top-notch service. The salon is clean and well-maintained, creating a calming atmosphere. My pedicure turned out fantastic and I felt very relaxing with the shoulder massage. Highly recommend for a pampering session.

I had a shellac gel manicure done by Kristy. She did a wonderful job! I got a dark red color and every single edge is super clean and neat. Nail shape is perfect and application was even in terms of thickness. She also worked very quickly with great attention to detail.

I am updating this April 2,2022 and dropping any recommendation about this place. I confirmed it is under new management, and service has gone down the drain. I gave them three shots since January, and every time I have left there with a messed up nails That had to be corrected somewhere else… or another problem.
First of all, the new management cannot handle the traffic. It is extremely chaotic and they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off.

The chairs were dirty and I had to request them to clean them before I sat on mush from the previous client.

I felt rushed, and the techs are not only sub-par, but extremely rushed themselves. Yesterday was the worst. I left with three bleeding fingers and as of this morning one is infected. The polish job is really sloppy and there was polish on my skin that is already starting to lift up (see pics).
I had to ask the tech multiple times to basically do a better job and pay attention to what she was doing. One of my toes really hurts today, Not sure what she did when trimming the toenail but it didn’t hurt before I got a pedicure yesterday. I’m sure it will be fine, but this is not the service I’m used to.
One of my favorite things about getting the pearl pedicure is that you get a short little shoulder rub at the end. This was downright painful yesterday I don’t really know that this person was trained on how to do a light shoulder rub… But I can tell you that I’m sore and hurt all over today. Another customer and I talked about it outside afterwards and she had the same complaint.

The salon was so chaotic yesterday, I felt like I was a burden by being there. They were out of every single color of polish I actually wanted for my nails (for the third visit in a row) so I had to settle for something that is just OK. They didn’t listen to me when I told them what services I wanted, including when I asked for a paraffin service for my hands. The manicurist just rushed through my nails and ran off without even providing the extra services I asked for.

I hope they figure this out, but this is no longer a great nail salon. I won’t be back.

I have been getting my nails done here for a year. Great service for the prices. I always take advantage of the Wednesday discount for healthcare workers. They have other discounts for different professions also.
🥳 They also have one of those reward systems where are you get points towards future services For every dollar spent. Recently got $15 off of my pedicure 🙂
