Bad work done. Gel started breaking up in less than a week, she drill my nail to much, that 2 of nails broke, I went back so they can fix they leave my nail short n the other broke in the end again. Is my second time I experienced this in this place. Manicurist always said I have strong nails just to let you know is not because of my Nails. I paid 128 plus tip for this.

I have been going to Swan nails for awhile and some of the nail techs are really good. But my last two nail appointments have been less than satisfactory. I had a manicure and pedicure appointment this past Sunday and it was a disaster. My pedicure looks like a kid did it and I left with two of my fingers bleeding. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Swan nails and won’t be back.

Made an appointment online & when I walked in nail tech -Nana refused to take me. This shop doesn’t have licensed techs & they are very racist. Will never be back. They are ridiculous & talk about u in their native language. I hope the state/city shuts them down. Better ask to see your nail techs license.

This was my first time coming to swan nails and I am generally a little weary of nail place as i’ve had bad experiences in the past. But right away the atmosphere was professional and comfortable. I came with my sister and they were ready for her first away where as I had to wait a couple minutes for then to finish up another client, which I don’t mind at all. I got my nails done by Kobe (ask for him he’s excellent) quickly and extremely well. The conversation was friendly and nice and he listened to me. Overall an extremely good experience, and I would recommend this place as i’ll be coming back. 🙂

I went in for a couple pedicure and it was amazing. The place is elegant and clean. They used liners and they had massage chairs.
We had Trish and Mia and they were amazing! They were so polite and they did their job so good! The massage and the detail on my nails was great. She cleaned up around my nails and got my ingrown nails out. My man got his calluses removed and an amazing massage, buffed his nails. He was so happy!
I will be coming back, highly recommend and totally worth the drive!
