I planned a Mommy/daughter date with my 3 and a half year old. We went to get our nails done. They were great with her, which is why there is a second star. My pedicure was going just fine until it was time to scrape the callouses off of my feet. The lady scrubbed so hard on the side of my foot that it took the actual skin off the side of foot. I now have an open wound on my foot. I asked for a flower on my toes and one two is all crooked. When she placed the rhinestone in the middle of the flower, it smeared the flower and she did nothing about it. I did the nail dip for my hands and the guy that did them cut the skin on my pinky when he was using the drill tool. I walked away with two open wounds from this place. It’s disappointing that this place charges so much for crappy service

I like Ryan. One young girl was way to rough with me one time. She was doing my nails while he was doing my feet. I never let her near me again. Now only Ryan and he is gentle and does a great job. Picture is a week old.

Tracey did my nails. She has even mixed powders to get the exact pigment of color for my nails bc there wasn’t one available so I have had great customer service. The nails are strong to last weeks without breaking, a bit expensive, unfortunately they are booked up often so I can’t walk in to get service as easily as another salon I go to do my nails as a backup…so I will be going to the less expensive, less crowded nail salon for service instead. Why spend $70 or $80 if I can go 3 miles up the street and get the same thing and be charged only $35…and not have to haggle with a receptionist acting like she doesn’t want my business and can’t fit me in.

Stopped by Susie’s a few months ago, and was very pleased with Kim’s manicure and pedicure procedure. She has a gentle technique especially for the cuticles. The shop has a nice atmosphere and all of the employees seem happy to be employed there.
I’ve been one of Kim’s regulars since that first visit. I’ve been to a few other shops in the area, and the shops weren’t as nice, and the nail technicians weren’t as gentle. A+ in my book.

They were real nice to my husband when he had a pedicure. He has Alzheimer’s and can be misunderstood but he did fine
