I went to this salon almost a year ago, and I am still suffering from ingrown toenail problems. They cut my toes and dug so deeply when doing my pedicure. I had NEVER had an ingrown before, and they gave me ingrowns on both big toes, on both sides of each nail. They became infected and i had to go on antibiotics. I have spent so much money on trying to make them back to normal, $125 out of pocket to a podiatrist, and still i am struggling. I cannot cut my own nails without them becoming sore and ingrown. I’m now on antibiotics, yet again. This place should not only be avoided, it should close.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Information on the door of the shop indicates that the shop opens at 9 a.m. The owner(s) did not arrive until 10:00 a.m. The younger one did not acknowledge/greet her three waiting customers, nor did she even apologize for keeping us waiting for 30 minutes. When the younger one spoke to me, she was both rude and inpatient. I will NEVER know how well they are able to execute their actual service because I will NEVER pay for a service where I’m not appreciated as a customer.

KIM IS THE BEST! Came in last minute. Called in… waited for maybe ten minutes. I informed Kim that I only had about 20 minutes and she did her thang! I will definitely return. Not only was she done fast like I told her to but my nails look great! Best $20 EVER spent on a GEL MANICURE! 💅🏻

They are never open at 11 . It’s 11 25 Nd they still aren’t here …it’s like this every time I try to come here ! I like their nails but I will be taking my business somewhere else . This is ridiculous. It’s closer for me to walk to but right around the corner at WORLD NAIL AND SPA THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB! Worth the price !
