Came in today and wanted a nail design that took a lot of patience for the worker doing my nails (Katie). She went above and beyond with my nails and was super nice. Typically when I get my nails done workers often damage my cuticles, Katie was gentle and left my nails in good shape. Will definitely be coming back!

The customer service is FANTASTIC, the gel polish is AMAZING, which is why I’m giving it three stars.. However, I will not be going back after getting a full set and ending up with MMA and not EMA. My nails are ruined and I am now waiting (going on almost 2 months) for them finish growing out so I can finally have them completely off and restart fresh.

Vickie was too rough and curt, not to mention rude, with her lack of communication and gestures. She was obviously annoyed to be working on me; she tried to be friendly towards the end, but if you’re going to have a bad attitude and have disrespectful behavior from the start, don’t try to change or switch up you’re attitude when someone hits you with the same behavior and attitude. Very unprofessional.

My mother and I both had manicure at Superb Nails this past weekend. This was easily the worst service I have ever had. The technician did not fully remove my old gel polish and painted over the specs that were left. The quality of the paint used was very poor and was not applied smoothly. The technician did not properly pushback our cuticles or even apply lotion. It has been less than 48hrs and the paint is already chipping off my nails.
