Went on Saturday after leaving work early. Ing was behind on all her appointments. I had a 3pm and her 2 pm was still in the pedicure chair waiting. She rushed through my nails and ignored me when I asked her if she wasn’t going to buff my nails smooth after fixing some of them. She replied, “oh you know more than me”. She went straight into the clear coat while my nails were scratched and uneven in texture. The texture showed me right through the clear. I was literally in tears and another lady had to buff the polish off after suggesting I paint a darker color over them to cover up the mess Ing made. Paid $58 for a full set and hate them !!!

they completely messed up my nails. i got the salon to get my nails done before i went to my trip to spain. they start off my removing my old acrylic set which one of the techs have done there. I asked for a soak off with acetone, instead they take a plastic nail tip and show and flick to pop off the nail, instead they break my nail in half and my nail beds are in half and bleeding so bad, ALL FINGERS. i was literally crying and took my hand away at one point because every-time i said ow she just laughed and looked the other way. i am very use to chop shops but when i tell you it was bad.. after removing all of the nails i said “it hurts” the nail tech got on the phone with someone and rolled her eyes and got up and left the shop. what looks like the owner came in and finished my set, i told her the same thing that i’m hurting while having tears down my eyes. it seemed like she didn’t care until i told her i would’ve payed for the soak off because i wanted to prevent this. her eyes lit up as soon as i said payed. another red flag she immediately called the first tech on the phone and screamed at her in another language. i felt uncomfortable at this point. she finished my nail set and put acrylics and another tip and called it a day. do not recommend. there is one nail tech that does good nail art but im honestly traumatized

Update: Chloe was great and fixed my nails in the middle of their late night rush. My nails look amazing now and I’m way more satisfied now! Thank you for making the situation right!
I come here all the time but my last visit wasn’t that good. The lady in the second from last chair seemed new and not very experienced. She put a nail on extremely crooked which had to be soaked off. Then another she started to shape wrong and had to be soaked off. The acrylic application took way longer than any other ladies there and was constantly watery and dripping off my nails. The shaping of a few nails are lumpy and have dips in the middle. I asked for a stiletto nail which she didn’t know what that was and there’s a more rounded tip like almond. I originally came here after a different salon did my nails way to thick and crooked. These are almost as thick as then 😔 I had another appointment so I didn’t have time to have them fixed so I just paid and left. Usually I’m pleased with my nails but not this time. I’m not sure I’ll be returning after this.

Absolutely love the way they did my nails but they used products that would cost me more without asking me. Prices are a bit high but I know I’m getting good quality nails.

If I could this place zero stars I would. Spent 3 hours here to leave extremely mad and disappointed. 80$ later for take off and ombré. That I didn’t like so it had to be painted over. The lady in second to last chair DO NOT GO!!! I wish I could show you how bad it look. Now it’s color on top and still doesn’t look good. I am still unhappy but what else they don’t care. Would not ever ever go back here. LIKE NEVER EVER. WORST NAIL SALON IN HARTFORD HANDS DOWN. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY. Just terrible job
