The women were really nice but after only a week, my girlfriends gel finish has fully come off one nail and starting to come off another. We were only in town for the weekend so we can’t go back to have them fix it. Again, super nice staff, but unsure of the quality.

the absolute best nail salon i have ever been to. i have been twice and helen has done an incredible job each time, paying close attention to make sure each nail is evenly filed and each coat is even. i have never seen such wonderful attention to detail. staff is very nice and price cant be beat. will definitely be returning again and again

They do a good job once someone finally comes to do your nails, but your appointment time will pretty much never be honored. Even if you arrive on time, don’t expect them to start your nails for another 40-60 minutes as you watch them take multiple walk-ins before you. There are a ton of other nail salons even on the same block — I am no longer coming here and I recommend the same for others.

BEST Gel-X services in NYC hands down. They offer a wide variety of services with great prices. Everyone is so kind here and the salon radiates positive energy. I highly recommend stopping by if you want a phenomenal manicure!
