Today, on my way to my first appointment at Sunsations, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. I called to tell them I would be late and the girl let me know that there was no rush and I could come whenever I was done. When I showed up 2 hours late to my appointment they comped my tan to help turn my day around and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I bought a tanning package, lotion and I will definitely be back for more services. I don’t know what the girl’s name is that took care of me today but she is amazing. Thank you all!

Clean and private space for tanning. The workers are very friendly and professional and these guys are quick to get you in and out. The accommodations inside the tanning rooms are also great and comfortable. I would definitely recommend these guys for a quick tan before a vacation or to maintain throughout the winter months.

I absolutely love going tanning here. I love their tanning beds, and they do great spray tans too!! I highly recommend Sunsations to anyone wanting a nice tan, Great spa treatments, or an amazing massage!! ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Tanning is great, customer service not so much. They want you to buy their lotion, keep it behind the counter, but then throw it away without a phone call or anything before doing so.

I was not impressed with the massage I received here. I had been dealing with extremely tight muscles in my neck and back. I informed Kristi about this and she worked on my neck a little, then proceeded to try and stretch it in a way that did not feel good at all. My physical therapist was not so thrilled about this as he had given me gentle stretches to work into after dealing with headaches. Not have my neck bent to wear my ear went straight down to my shoulder. The massage was not smooth and felt like she didn’t have enough oils. Spent the whole session talking instead of letting me try to relax in quiet and let go of tension. It was probably the worst massage I’ve had thus far. I will stick to Deep Kneads Massage in the Pocatello area.
