Good customer service but not quality manicure. Not long after I left my polish faded off. I would recommend getting a gel. Not worth the cost to get the rose extract anti aging manicure.

I had high expectations of the visit because of the studio location and product/service advertisement, so I always wanted to try it out. However, the gel paint came out sloppier than a local nail salon, It is not even an understatement to say that I can do it better than the nail specialist, Karmu. A friend commented in shock that they thought I have done my nails myself, not in a high end salon. I usually have considerable standards for my nails but this is intolerable. I gave her a $5 tip out of respect. During the service she kept looking away to what was going on in the studio, and she messed up on the paint at least 10 times and had to wipe it away on the portion that spilled on my skin. In addition, the receptionist told me that I got a 20% discount for first timer so my total was around $50. Yet I checked my card on file and it was a full price. I never ever give rating to places I visit but this time I am seriously drafting a review on Google but as you can see, I did not get the desired outcome after an expensive gel treatment. I will not recommend this salon to my friends and family. Consider retrain Ms. Karmu.

My new favourite place in the city!! Such a pleasant atmosphere, great price/ quality, non toxic products and so many locations around the city. At Hudson Yards, make a reservation with Virginia, she is the best 🙂

Very nice salon ambiance: very clean, friendly and accommodating stuff at reception and both women I worked with were super nice. Great choice of nail polish. The manicure was pretty good for US standards. The massage was very nicely performed as well. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the pedicure area: it’s uncomfortable to have a water basin that can be tipped over: doesn’t let you relax. Also, I can’t believe the low position of the chair is comfortable for staff: they need to get some seating with back support. Would recommend overall. I’d say a great quality/price ratio.

I have been going for manicures for almost 30 years and although this was more expensive than basic manicure I usually get, I thought I would try it. Well, that was a big mistake. The therapist was rude and unfriendly the entire time and made me feel so uncomfortable about any movement I made such as spilling water accidentally from the bowl so over flooded with water. The fuss she made both times she went to go and get another paper towel because I dared to wet the plastic or leather table top. I have never had such a flimsy, we are doing such a favor hand massage before and she left off two steps that even the cheapest most basic nail salons always include in finishing the manicure. Do not recommend.
