I get tons of compliments on my nails and I have yet to find something they can’t do.
I highly recommend them!
We were told the owner would personally redue them the next day, however they were only buffed, smoothed down, not “redone” as implied.
I called to express how we still weren’t satisfied, and why she didn’t a least redue her thumbs which looked unprofessional.
I was told by the owner several things, first that those “flaws” I’m pointing out happen, not expect maximum results unless you book with a Mastery tech. She also mentioned it was my daughter’s natural nails causing the bad results, then it was, she should have picked a different acrylic for better results.
She offered to “redue” them another day, which was frustrating as we came all that way for them to be redone.
I respectfully declined the offer of having the same nail tech redue them and requested a refund, and was told to much time was invested (2 hours in total), and her nails “looked nice”.
Although I appreciated the minimum time spent on buffing them out to look decent from a far, for these results and price, very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend.
