Never Again!! I have visited this location before and had a good experience so I thought it would be safe to come back but during this visit I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked and showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. Just a simple full set with black French tip. These pictures was results of how they came out. HORRIBLE. After showing the manager and requesting for them to be redone, yet again they could not preform a simple French tip look. I walked out after spending almost 2 hours there with just a basic color of pink and not even 24 hours later the gel polish is starting to chip and fade. Don’t waste your money or time!!

DON’T DO IT. For starters,the way they fool you with no price list when you come in. Charging steak prices for hot dogs basically. The work that was performed on my nails was suppose to be a simple fill in was by a not trained employee. Tried to let her know about the over lapping of acrylic all on the sides of my fingers and was told I was wrong and that I had hard cuticles when she obviously had put acrylic over them. They expect you to clean your nails with one dirty brush laying by the sink. Something told me to run when I walked in, however it was Sunday in was the closest nail shop open and I was rushing. I said it’s impossible to mess up on a fill so I went ahead against my better judgment. Didn’t waste my time going back in forth, just came home in drilled and filed it off myself.Don’t be Dumb like me RUNNNNN…….

C’mon Man. Very aggressive to purchase the $65 plus packages. A lot of times these packages aren’t better than the regular. Plus I tip large on less amounts and less on large amounts.
Continued to try to up-charge. Seats work and they seem to have all the accommodations. I was annoyed. I felt rushed. My feet still feel calluses. I asked her to do more, she said I already did it. I’m literally going home to do my own feet after paying which is unacceptable. I will not return or recommend. I dislike bad service in the hood or anywhere especially. We deserve better.

I recently moved from Norcross to the Fayetteville area, so perhaps my expectations are atypical for the Fayetteville pedicure experience. Nevertheless, today was one of the poorest pedicures I have ever received. I was handed the catalog prematurely turned to the most expensive page. After I personally flund the other page woth cheaper prices, I shared that I wanted the basic, for $29. Best believe it was BASIC! After a prolonged soak, my nails were cut, vaguely filed, and neglected in the sense of treating under and around my nails.. no doubt my nails are dirty underneath. I asked for french tips and got JUST THAT, no full base, literally a slab base under the tip, a white tip, a pink top coat, a clear top coat. Maybe this is the basic package and I am used to a more pronounced basic experience, I am not sure. Overall, my toes look good, but I literally feel like a got a $30 color change. Definitely not going back.
